ABOUT: Take your Aerial Yoga practice to the next level with this Antigravity Aerial Yoga Advanced workshop! This fun and exciting class will incorporate more challenging inversions, flips, and tricks alongside strengthening upper body and core work. Students will also have the opportunity to work more advanced variations of familiar poses for deeper stretching and enhanced mind-body-breath connection. It is required that students have taken at least two (2) Antigravity Aerial Yoga classes prior to taking this workshop.
Air & Land Restorative Workshop: Saturday, May 4th at 6:45pm-8:15pm (3 spots left!)
ABOUT: Join us for this unique and relaxing workshop that provides the perfect integration of mat and aerial restorative yoga poses. Supported poses on the mat with props are balanced out by flowing spinal traction, deep hip opening sequences, and a floating cocoon meditation using the Antigravity hammock. A truly blissful experience for all levels of practitioner! Open level, beginner friendly. A yoga mat is used in this class
The AntiGravity hammock enables you to do things that would not be possible on your mat. As a moving, shifting, three-dimensional yoga prop, the hammock supports and cradles you while allowing you to push the limits of your yoga practice further than imagined. Throughout class, you can choose to participate in inversions, or just opt for more familiar upright terrain. There will be an opportunity to hold poses and inversions for extended time to allow the body to open while connecting to the breath.
We offer an open-level class for adults and options are given throughout so students can individualize their practice. Classes are offered on Tuesday afternoons (4:30pm), Thursday evenings (7:15pm), and Saturday mornings (9:45am) - please visit our schedule page (click schedule button below) to book your class ahead of time as space is limited*
*Due to limited space, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for AntiGravity Aerial Yoga classes. If you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours, you will unfortunately lose that class.
*Wait List: If you see "wait list" on the schedule, don't be deterred! You can sign up and add yourself to the wait list for that class. If you get added to the class roster, we will email and text you to confirm your reservation. If you are not added to the class from the wait list, the class-credit will remain on your account for a future reservation. TIP: You can sign up for a class up to 14 days in advance.
Other things to know:
Shirts with sleeves are required (no tanks) and all jewelry must be taken off for class - so please leave any valuables at home.
Wear comfortable clothes: clothes with zippers or sequins is not allowed.
All participants must be 16+ years old to participate in adult AntiGravity classes. For those ages 5-15 we offer Kids & Teens AntiGravity classes. Please see below for more info!
Please arrive 10 minutes early to class to allow enough time for setting up the hammocks prior to class

KIDS AERIAL YOGA (ages 5-9)
Play, fly, swing, spin, stretch, flip, balance and turn upside down safely with the most creative children’s fitness class around. Sequences and activities enhance body awareness, building strength, balance and flexibility. These classes instill self-confidence and focus while your child explores movement in all directions, utilizing the AntiGravity Hammock. For ages: 5-9 years.
There are 3 spots open in our Saturday, 12:30PM Kids class meeting on 5/4 and 5/11! Please call the studio to reserve a space in that class: 631-683-5857

TEEN AERIAL YOGA (ages 10-15)
All the flying fun of an adult class, with fun music, more giggling, more swinging and more spinning. Teens benefit from strength building, stretching and breathing, while exploring poses in the AntiGravity Hammock.
