Dress-code for Aerial Yoga
Our hammocks are made of silk, so they are delicate and can tear if students wear any sharp objects or clothing.
NO JEWELRY ALLOWED. Shirts with sleeves are required (no tank-tops, but t-shirts are OK) and all jewelry must be taken off for class - so please leave any valuables at home (recent piercings can be covered with medical tape).
Wear comfortable clothes. The following is not allowed: jeans, clothes with zippers, buttons or snaps, belts, clothes with sequins, or anything with sharp or rough edges.
KIDS AERIAL YOGA (Ages 5-9)
Play, fly, swing, spin, stretch, flip, balance and turn upside down safely with the most creative children’s fitness class around. Sequences and activities enhance body awareness, building strength, balance and flexibility. These classes instill self-confidence and focus while your child explores movement in all directions, utilizing the AntiGravity Hammock.

How does Summer enrollment work?
Choose from various class-package options (see below).
Minimum 3 classes required for enrollment.
When you enroll, please select the dates you plan to attend.
Enrollment ends for ALL dates on 7/7.

Tuesdays at 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Dates: (Choose up to 8 dates)
7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28
8/4, 8/11, 8/18, 8/25
Cost: (Choose 1 package option)
$90 for 3 classes
$115 for 4 classes
$145 for 5 classes
$170 for 6 classes
$195 for 7 classes
$220 for 8 classes
*If you miss a class, no big deal! We provide a credit for up to 1 missed class per session. Class credits are valid for a parent/guardian towards any class on our schedule if the class cannot be made up in July or August. Class credits cannot be carried over to a subsequent kids session.
TEEN AERIAL YOGA (ages 10-15)
All the flying fun of an adult class, with fun music, more giggling, more swinging and more spinning. Teens benefit from strength building, stretching and breathing, while exploring poses in the AntiGravity Hammock.
