MOMMY & ME YOGA

AGES: Crawlers - 3 Years

Partner with your little one in fun poses, games, music and breathing exercises that help to build coordination and body awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, sway our arms in tree and hiss in cobra! This fun class is a great bonding experience between parent and child, while strengthening your child’s growing muscles and minds. Caregivers, grandparents and daddies welcome!

About the Instructor: Classes will be led by Vanessa Hill - a Certified YogaKids teacher, Certified 200hr Yoga instructor and Mom of two!


FAMILY YOGA

AGES: 3-8 Years

Our family yoga classes will introduce your little ones to yoga in a simple and uniquely effective program that helps kids feel energized, happy and engaged. Classes are fun and creative, guiding you and the children through basic yoga poses with kid-friendly names that are easy to follow. Your kids will learn, be active and most importantly have fun in a supportive environment with other families. For children ages 3-8 with an adult, bring the whole family!
